Niels Frederik van Tol (b. 1968) grew up in Amsterdam and began to take photography seriously around 2007. After a brief period in commercial work, he shifted his focus in 2011 to a more conceptual and introspective approach, embracing analog photography. His work often involves techniques such as long exposure and multiple exposure and reflects a patient observation of daily life.

Today, Niels develops and prints his own work. He currently lives in The Hague.

Available prints are manually printed on fiber-based paper, signed, numbered, stamped, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Each print is mounted in an archival mat. Framing is available upon request.
